Aesop Shin-Marunouchi

Aesop's fourth Tokyo signature store opened in the landmark Shin-Marunouchi Building in May 2012.

The clean-cut aesthetic of this compact store honours the values and philosophies upon which Tokyo and Aesop thrive: quality, orderliness, and intelligent design. The store represents the second collaboration between the brand's Creative Manager Hiroko Shiratori and award-winning local architects Torafu.

Deep umber Oriented Strand Board is the primary feature of the interior, serving for the demonstration area, shelving, and point-of-sale counter. The store is entirely congruent with Shin-Marunouchi's underlying concept of 'having a delightful time' while shopping or dining in Tokyo's international business precinct, situated between the Outer Gardens of the Imperial Palace and bustling Tokyo Station.

Visitors can explore and select from Aesop's full range of products, distinguished by botanical and laboratory-generated ingredients of the highest quality. Aesop's highly trained consultants have an excellent understanding of the urban environment's effects on skin and hair; they are able to offer astute advice about products best suited to individual clients' needs.
